Sounds like a decent offer, and I believe this card is worth the AF ongoing anyway for the MilesBoosts and companion certs.

There was recently an offer on the biz card for 55k RDM + 20k MQM, but no statement credit. IMO, 10k RDM + 5k MQM is worth more than $100, but I believe that biz card offer expired last month.
