So it is possible to chat now and again in seats 1, more so than row 2?

I see 1A/K blocked out currently, when do they become available? I am alas bronze but do have that very handy Cathay Pacific Gold card for seat booking, not sure if I might be able to therefore book row 1 earlier than some others?
