2 A/K is definitely the best on the 747 if available, otherwise I think its a simple case of do you want a window or not as to whether you choose between 2/3K and 5E/F

If you're not bothered about the window, I would take the middle seats, esp as the buddy window seats on the 747 are all but useless unless you're Kate Moss thin
