I can't remember if it's actually Turkish, but there is quite a nice barbershop at the "city end" of the Taunusstrasse, left hand side when coming from the station. You just have to walk past all the Red Light establishments, they cut with a traditional barber's knife instead of scissors.

Price maybe 20-30 euro if I remember correctly but it's very pleasant.
