On Sept. 8, 2013, I used the new OW lounge in zrh. The décor is very nice, but up until 8:30 am, there were no hot items to eat. They have NO dedicated computers (DNATA used to have 4, but several months ago, they were down to 2). I guess, since AA has only flt. 65 (dep. 10 am), would explain why the lounge was not (very) crowded.^
[I'm a PP member, I also went to the Skyview lounge (not far from gate E35--where AA65 departs) they have more food items; but, they also have several dedicated computers. The Skyview lounge was VERY crowded.]
PS: The OW lounge is also in the PP system.
