If you have more than one pax on the same award PNR, can one person move up front if the inventory allows or must there be sufficient inventory for all pax on the PNR move up to the premium cabin?

Q2: For either one pax on one award or the situation in my above scenario: Does this all change if part of the award without premium cabin availability is a OW partner award?
