You got Pavlov wrong! His dog would get a reward (food) and he would salivate before even getting it upon triggering the reflex, even without food. In your case the only extra reward you can expect is bumping your head if the captain has to pull the breaks. Getting out can't count as one, as you'd get out with or without announcement (see other airlines). In other words, in Behavioural Sciences 101 you were not listening!
