I have an Econ booking for HKG-LHR and would like to know whether I can upgrade to business with money? I tried to request for mileage upgrade but can only upgrade to PE. I also don't know why I cannot upgrade from econ to business if there's PE service on the flight? My fare class is K if it makes a difference.
