A few weeks ago I got a nice Y- seat after my original flight went mechanical. During beverage service, the FA greeted the pax across the aisle, thanked him for his business and offered him a drink and BOB item. The puzzled pax gladly accepted and even asked for a second gin which the FA obliged. She turned to me and asked if I wanted to buy a drink or food item. I show my BP and EXP card to the FA and asked for a sandwich. Puzzled, she looks at her Samsung Galaxy note. In a few seconds she goes, "whoops" and flips the device right side up.
