Anybody had trouble getting a handle replaced for a Travelpro Crew 8 Rolling Tote. I sent mine to an authorized Travelpro repair center on June 8th. Tech said the the handle needed to be replaced and it might take a few weeks to get the part. I checked back at 4 weeks and 6 weeks and was told that the handle was on back order. I contacted Travelpro myself and was told that the part was on back order and they couldn't say when the part would be available.
????? A lifetime warranty if useless if parts are not available. I have always owned a travelpro bag but this is making me rethink my loyalty. Does anyone have suggestions on how/where to get my handle repaired or replaced?
