I'm interested in going to Cuba this New Years and was wondering if anyone had any tips on how to get down there. I know I had a few friends that went back in '08 and they just flew from another country (Costa Rica I believe) and were able to enter Cuba. Do you need a visa to get into Cuba? Does anybody have any tips or tricks that they could share? Thanks for the help.
