Bear in mind people are much more likely to complain on here than to rave about their great F experience - call it human nature or good old fashioned British moaning

Trust me, it would be madness not to go for it on the off chance that you have a bad crew. I just did a JFK-LHR in F with ridiculously great service, but you should consider that is a very short flight and NRT will give you a better chance to make the most of it!
