The last time I had any come across was at the end of Q1. Last statement on Shell account is to end of 31 March. All my points are still accruing and showing on the Shell account. I thought they ran the statements and transferred the points every quarter?
The Mighty Deals promo (in May) have a delay, I got this email last month.
We originally stated on the deal terms the voucher would be despatched within 6 weeks from the 30th June. We are however now expecting these to be sent out to all customers from Monday 26th August. We would like to take this opportunity to apologise for the delay in sending out the vouchers. As this is done in batches it can take a few weeks, so I would expect at the very latest you will receive your vouchers by Friday 13th September.
Although I'm rather hoping that some Avios appear in place of vouchers.
