I just spoke with a phone agent again, and was told that I cannot have an over 4 hours layover even on international ticket (at LAX on SEA-LAX-HKG stop -xxx) if there is a flight to arrive within 4 hours of the departure of the next segment? Can someone assure me he is wrong?
