Stayed here a few days ago and was treated well as a plat. Stayed on a wed. Booked a city room and was automatically upgraded to a room with a terrace and decent view. The room was comfortable and i almost wanted to stay there instead of going out. When I checked in the main counter looked like an airport with tons of people waiting but I was able to go into the plat area and was seen within mins. Took the wicked spoon breakfast for plat gift and it was a good buffet. I was given a 2pm check out without having to ask. Concierge was very good in answering my questions and when I got in one night around 4am I noticed I did not have a do not disturb sign, so I called them up and they picked up and sent someone to hang the sign on my door for me so I would not be woken by housekeeping, and they also notified housekeeping directly. Housekeeping did come in on the first night while I was there for turn down service. It was a relaxing stay and the staff was friendly. The pool is nice and I walked through the gym which was fairly large. Room Internet worked fine. Bed was comfortable. Did not have any noise problems when I was there but it was a wed. I preferred the Cosmo room to my room in bellagio.
