Would anyone be able to recommend a reliable private car/driver service for half a day's trip from Shenyang to Anshan, and then back?

Anshan is in the same province; about 100km/2hr's drive away.

I'm being quoted an exorbitant rate by my hotel, and having used the services of various shifu's in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Tianjin and Qingdao, including for return trips to neighboring cities, I know I'm being ripped off.

It'd be preferable if your recommendation comes from having personally used his service, but if not that's fine, please let me know.

I can speak Mandarin and this will be for work rather than leisure, so I'm not looking for a tour guide and driver rolled into one. Many thanks in advance.
