I can categorically say that unless you need access to noodles, or unless you are relatively claustrophiliac, the BA F lounge has a superior food offering and a far broader selection of alcoholic beverages, including the current Taittinger 2005 offering. Also there's an extensive selection of magazines and newspapers which you are encouraged to take.
I agree with this and for those reasons tend to use the BA F lounge in T3. However, I suspect the Chinese food is better with CX (as it should be). Part of CX's issue is that it has to provide both Asian and Western food whereas BA tends to concentrate on the latter.
