To me this hotel epitomizes class. It is unfortunate that the people who don't feel comfortable here reject it and call the regular guests "idiots". But it is what it is and I am very, very happy that this hotel still exists after all these years.
Totally agree - if you don't like the dress code don't visit. The 'no shorts' etc. doesn't of course apply to guests staying at the hotel.
