Moses Lake, WA may be small in terms of population, but it is a major landmark as far as aviation goes: it has a former air force base that is now a municipal airport with an operational 13,500ft runway, which makes it an excellent option for a diversion airport. It doesn't surprise me at all to see it on an in-flight map.
