Ah - in a moment of epiphany while gazing out at the NSW dawn, one suddenly realises that the arbiters of aesthetics have dispensed with the need for personal tastes and tolerance of others' views, and have instead replaced it with a reduction down to a simplistic rule: Cathay good, everything else bad.

Ironic really, as I am on an Animal Farm here.
