Everyone's situation is different.
RA/CVS registers in NYC (at least Manhattan and Queens) are coded to give $40 CB max. (And although some cashiers will give you a puzzled look, you can just run each of the items you're buying as a separate transaction to max CB)
Like I said, this is inefficient, but it works for my less-than-usual case. If there was a CVS selling VR w/CC or a Wally's World within walking distance from me I wouldn't be wasting my time with this.

At least at a large chain grocery store you should be able to do $200 CB. Still not worth too much, unless you're already there and have the card on you, IMHO.
