Out of interest, are you an employee of Cathay/Swire, or just an exceptionally loyal supporter of CX? If the latter, well done. If the former, may I suggest that there are more effective ways of keeping us on CX than an automatic knee-jerk defence against any comment that is even remotely critical of the airline.
I just become defensive to people who have bad taste and judgement.
