Just a quick update.

JW Marriott Phuket Island. Same, no lounge, free breakfast daily at the Marriott Club (impressive spread), Golds and Plats also get 20% discount on food/beverage (on top of very reasonable prices that range from $10-15 for a lunch/dinner meal; Marriott burger was $13ish) and 15% discount on laundry.

This resort was pretty impressive, I am already contemplating making a trip solely to enjoy the resort for a long weekend.
