You should be able to claim back APD and PSC - but then they take a chunk of that as cancellation fee. I think the last ticket I cancelled I managed £8 back.
I have to say a £35 fare on a £65 ticket is pretty high. The domestics are usually £5 and £60 taxes and charges... what was the route?
You're right, of course - not sure where I got those figures from.
The return trip was around £25 fare & £110.80 taxes, with £26 APD & £47 Passenger Service Charge.
