Pure speculation but I imagine the property is trying to differentiate between the Chase cc holders and genuine Diamond guests who spend big with Hyatt.
The Penthouse Suite we are in is entitled the`Āpuakēhau Penthouse Suite. It as one massive living room with flat screen TV and 2 balconies. There are 1.5 bathrooms, 1 bedroom with an additional balcony which has 2 sunbeds making visiting the pool unnecessary. There is also a kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, Nespresso and another coffee maker which grinds coffee beans.
We are incredibly impressed, and the hotel dealt with my issue promptly and to my satisfaction.
As per my reply on your FFA Facebook post, AWESOME room... enjoy it, it sure does make the torture of flying JQ all that much more bearable...
