Well, it's not like I didn't tell them how I felt when I checked out of the hotel post haste and moved over to the Shangri-La. Apparently, the folks that run the Mandarin Oriental have forgotten the meaning of the word "Hospitality". It's utterly laughable that this place is considered to be a great hotel. Knowing what I do about this hotel and the way it's run, I wouldn't stay there again if my stay was comped.
