I rent from Hertz several times a month for business, with all reservations being made on my company's travel partner website. I had an audit of an expense report and it came back with two rentals that had LDW. My company said I have to pay for the LDW myself. When I looked at the receipts in question, it listed LDW included in the rate. Is this a normal Hertz thing? If it matters, the receipt was on of the ones they hand to you when you turn the car in. I looked at the eReceipts and it does not mention it.

Any thoughts?
