I was at Cosmo over the weekend and can attest to the fact that the Casino Host stand has been moved to the front of the VIP area (not sure how relevant that tid-bit of information is to this supposed transaction). However they are dead wrong about the reservation system, it's the same old piece of crap they've been using since they opened.

Also, I don't see any relevant 8-K filings for DB, and this sure sounds like a material event to me. Take this with a healthy dose of skepticism until confirmed by DB or a major news source.
