I flew MIA-PAP last week. Cleared the upgrade into Business at the Admirals Club just before departure. When I was checking my AA account today I noticed that two 500 mile upgrade stickers had been deducted from my upgrade balance. I was not traveling with a companion. I've emailed AA but wondered if this had happened to others recently? Computer system glitch?
