So,
my United card fee is due up on Oct 1st. I called Chase today and said Iam considering whether to keep the card or not. Rep said that until charge isn't built in they cannot do much. I said that I have a couple of friends that told me they got retention offers (hehe) and he said I have to wait until the fee is built into my account.
Is this correct?
