I'm looking to book a ticket that has a segment on China Airlines, on a Delta marketed and ticketed ticket, through delta.com.
From
Delta's site, I read:
you can get a refund for most eTickets purchased directly through Delta for travel originating in the United States, U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, and Canada
I see nothing in the T&Cs that exclude my ticket, so it reads to me that the ticket should qualify for the risk free cancellation.
However, the Diamond line and online chat both say it does not qualify.
Thoughts and experiences with this?
