For me at least, generally much more expensive @ the Suites vs. the Marriott IAD in terms of room rates. Even on weekends. If you've got family/younger kids, Marriott IAD may be easier with its CL. Dulles Suites has more of a stuffier business feel.

FTers have reported getting $67, $79 rates at IAD Suites on weekends. Also, they're doing full buffet breakfast. IAD lounge is closed on weekends, but they're doing full brekkie in restaurant too.
