Hertz Self-Service kiosk in a parking garage
Does anybody have any good or bad experiences with the Hertz self-service kiosks?

I would like to pick up and return a car at a self-service location in a parking garage in Manhattan (https://www.hertz.com/rentacar/location/NYCC36).

I am curious to know how they check your ID and if the process is smooth.

I am 5 Star Gold, if that matters.
