Biman airline did 4 me even I just paid 290$ but they provided a free hotel with 3 meals and driver

all this with economy ticket =/
also Turkish Airline and Arabian Gulf Airlines also provide that

None of these airlines will provide accomodation for layovers when there is a short layover option available. I cannot find any policy on Biman or Royal Brunei that they provide a free hotel during a long layover.
For the others, generally they will only provide accomodation if there is no connection available under x hours, and/or the connecting flights do not include shorthaul flights. So you cannot usually just choose a longer layover to be eligible if there is a shorter option available.
Qatar:
•There is no connection of less than 8 hours available.
•The booking does not include flights to or from Abu Dhabi (AUH), Bahrain (BAH), Dubai (DXB), Kuwait (KWI), and Muscat (MCT).

Malaysia (has various offers from time to time):
•Two passengers travelling together with Malaysia Airlines from UK/Ireland to Southeast Asia, North Asia, Australia or New Zealand

Emirates:
•Economy Class passengers with a connection time until the first available flight of more than eight hours and less than 24 hours upon arrival in Dubai, and who have qualifying tickets.

Etihad:
•Must book minimum two night, only the first night is free.

Turkish:
•Passengers have right to have free hotel accomodation only when there is more than 10 hours (7 or more hours for business class passengers) between two international connecting flights due to Turkish Airlines’ schedule structure for maximum 2 nights.
