1. Take printout copy of the original email confirmation showing KING Bed Room with you.

2. Get to Hotel early and at checkin, don't give name, just pass over printed reservation email. ++ If they try to give diffeent insist on your King saying you booked King specifically and need a King and that 2x singles room is not acceptable.

3. I say get there early, say 60minutes at least before official checkin time, so Hotel will not have given all King Bed rooms out to other checkins before you arrive.

4. If no joy from front desk, ask to see duty manager and restate case.

PS Make sure you keep email copy ... I print 2x copies just in case !
