54 min. Connection time at LAX enough?
I'm flying on Thur. Nov 28 (Thanksgiving) LAS-LAX-AMS-XXX.
My LAS flight changed so I now have a scheduled 54 minutes at LAX between flights and have to go from DL in T2 to KL in T5 - which means clearing security with no Pre-check lines.
It should be a slow travel day but I still think it is too short to make the transfer. If it is 10 minutes to the door, 10 minutes between terminals, 10 minutes to clear security and 5 minutes to the plane I should get to the gate at T-19 for an international departure.
The earlier flight leaves 3 hours earlier but I would rather not spend time at LAX. But I really don't want to take a later flight.
What would you suggest?
