The "2-room suite" means there's a living/sitting room as you enter, sometimes - sometimes not a kitchenette (overgrown wet bar area?), and coffee station. Then the bathroom, then the bedroom.

Most ES properties have a handful of premium rooms where they can either upsell or upgrade based on availability. These premiums go in this order: Sales office - for the purpose of rewarding the "chief" of whatever event is going on in the hotel, if any... If no one in sales has blocked them, then they are available for purchase online as premium rooms. If no one books them for the time "you" are staying, they will get passed out to Diamond members, if no Diamond members are in the house, then Gold members. They theoretically could upgrade a Silver, but at this point, there's way too many people ahead of you to even feasibly expect an upgrade.
