All airlines are in allignment on this. You have a slightly better chance of getting your refund, than winning the lottery.
I do wish you 'luck' though.

Questoin for the readers though, let's say OP actually finds a cheaper class fare, than originally booked, can that eat into the $200 charge. Meaning, if you are responsible for price differences when the price goes up, why shouldn't the airline refund if the prices actually went down? Hmmm?
