My favourite similar experience was on my way to Orlando with my whole family.(wife and 3 boys under 12) I had managed to score upgrades at the SE window because J was wide open and we were all up front. When priority boarding was called we all lined up and were first in line, another elite passenger assumed I was trying to take advantage of the young children boarding (as we know they've now moved that to after priority) and decides to condescendingly remind us that this was priority boarding only, to which I just replied 'I know" - I loved the look on his face when we ALL stopped and took our seats in J while he proceeded back into Y. It would only make it sweeter if he waitlisted and didnt clear his eUp.
Have a AP reward trip coming in 3 weeks - all of us in J going to Hawaii. Wonder if I'll have any more interesting experiences...
