I want to know this too... Usually up to when the flight departure time would be serving a breakfast vs a lunch? Coz I found that a full catering J class lunch is far more superior than a breakfast so I would make a decision to defer the early morning departure by few flights (e.g. HKG-TPE, HKG-SIN, HKG-NRT route) and enjoy a full J lunch catering?
