I've booked regular room/king size bed. Now I see in this email two-room suite, breakfast and complimentary drinks in the evening.
Does it mean that I've got upgraded? What about the breakfast and the drinks?

Besides the free breakfast and evening manager's reception being a defining characteristic of Embassy Suites, so is the two room suite (although a few ES do have a few basic hotel rooms).
