It depends more on the location than time between reservation and rental. For example, at LAX I'm lucky to even get a GXAR on a luxury reservation. But at ONT, I've driven out with an MKX on a premium reservation.

In my experience with ORD, I would agree with everyone and say your chances are slim to none. I've never had good luck there getting higher than a premium or luxury without paying for it.
