Rechargeable travel is generally Y/J depending on client and their policies for EU flights
Any mid/long-haul is J (or F if cheaper e.g A class - I've benefited from this to MEX and LAX a couple of times), though I will often book ex-EU for non-rechargeable with a short layover in AMS if it saves us some cash

Others - rare travel
Very ad-hoc and dependent on client policies though any long-haul is in J
