Major global bank. J for mid/long haul, Y for short haul, F/corporate jets for the board, op committee and selected other top brass. Some detail around the fringes, including easier J usage for Ds and MDs, but otherwise I'd see it as pretty standard for my sector.
What would interest me more would be industry policy outliers - e.g. are there any major banks out there that are Y only (or even W for mid-haul like LHR-JFK)? Or at the other end of the spectrum, how about an Indian tech/consulting firm that allows widespread J usage? I suspect many of us have a fair idea of what the norms are for the industries that we work in...
