No idea what my current travel policy is, can't book anything ourselves and I've not asked the travel agent to book anything yet. I suspect it's All-J though.

My previous job (at a university) had a policy of all-Y, no matter what. You couldn't even pay for an upgrade yourself (either with cash or miles). I grin when thinking of how much time was wasted by everyone in trying to figure out how to hide their (personal) upgrade costs from the accountants.
