This was the last major regulatory issue for JetBlue in advance of getting the system online and functional. They expect to have "several" planes active by EoY and all ~130 A320s in about 18 months, a timeline they acknowledge as aggressive. Should be fun to watch.

And don't forget that they've promised it will be free at least until the first 30 planes are live.
