UA put $20,000 on my credit card this week as their website goofed, and multi charged, and they agreed, and processed the credit fast.

Correct amount to be charged was $US1575.

They credited back the $18,425 an it showed on my Amex 3 days later.

Amex waived all their foreign use fees. All good to this point.

HOWEVER the $A had gained a tad over those 3 days and my credit was $300 different to what I was charged.

So I am in the hole $300 due to their error.

Amex advised me to contact UA. 'Their error'.

UA will say I am sure we credited back the overcharge in exact $US sum we over charged.

Any clue who to approach to get the $A300 I am out of pocket due to THEIR goof?

Prefer email address as on phone to Mumbai will take all afternoon and I'll get transferred to several folks I am sure.
