Where do you ask for an in airport upgrade @ T5? At the check in desk or in the lounge?
Flying to LAS (WT) open jaw (return from SFO), so can't upgrade online and over the phone is damn expensive.
I imagine the chances of getting a paid upgrade to LAS are slim, being a popular route. But might as well try...
