I put a redemption on hold last Thursday, and bought it on Sunday. It's ticketed, but keeps disappearing from "my trips". Each time I put the PNR in it finds it, I'm able to give it a name, and occasionally it'll stick, but only for a while. If I login the next day, it's gone again.
