This is partly correct. Initial release seems to have been at 355 days, with a subsequent (bigger) release around the 320 day mark, but the latter seems to have stopped at 16 July.
I managed to get westbound on 7 July in the 320 day release and eastbound on 22 July in the initial 355 day release. I've been watching closely as wanted to adjust my eastbound flight in the second release.
By now the second release should have reached 19/21 July, but seems to have stopped before then. It's possible therefore that BA aren't yet doing the second release during the school summer hols. Watching the next few days should make this clearer.
